Meeting Minutes for Jan. 23, 2004

1. Roger Bales will be added to our "snow@bren.ucsb.edu" list

2. On Feb. 20, Tom Barclay will come to UCSB and do a technology presentation for the Frew-lab folks. Not everyone needs to attend this. Those that are interested, mark your calendars!

3. We need to select a date/time for the next "all-hands" meeting. The location, Jeff's dining room at Mammoth, has been selected. (Jeff - If that is not true, SPEAK UP ASAP!. ) Please send me dates by Feb. 5 that will/will not work for you for the March timeframe. Based on that info, I'll nail down the date and let you know what works for everyone.

4. I have updated our wiki "contact information" page, the best I could. Please go to http://wiki.snow.ucsb.edu:8888/SnowREASoN and select "contact information" at the top. Review your contact info and make any needed adjustments by clicking "edit" at the top. These wiki pages are meant for internal use only.

5. Due to a time conflict with Tom Painter, our new meeting time is 3 pm. on Fridays. (Tom, we plan to make you pay for this time change. The beer order will be placed prior to the next all-hands meeting.) Not everyone will need to attend each meeting. I suggest checking the agenda (see item #6 below) before dialing in.

6. Agenda items and previous meeting minutes can be viewed by going to http://wiki.snow.ucsb.edu:8888/SnowREASoN and clicking on "meetings" at the top. YOU can add agenda items simply by clicking "edit". Given there are quite a few of us, spread out over a large area, PLEASE use this tool to help our communications operate smoothly.
