AMSR-E update (Shi)

AMSR still sucks for doing SWE all by itself

2. comparison of AMSR SWE (μSWE) vs MODSCAG+pillow SWE (MODSWE)
  - run for each water year 2002..2007
  - Dozier will modify spacetime interpolator
    - updated cloud mask → μSWE
      - oops: MODSCAG uses Terra, μSWE uses Aqua
  - aggregate MODSWE to μSWE resolution
